In a crumbling, suburban house we created a story experience that made the audience feel involved in something real - and terrifying (because, y’know, scaring people is fun).

Drawing on a local story from the eighties of a family that burned in a mysterious house fire, we created a live seance for audience members to take part in and help us connect with the spirits of the late family. With carefully timed events and surreptitious effects - not to mention outstanding acting - we made the audience feel like they were unwitting victims in a real haunting.

Winning the Scarecon Award for this show was fantastic compliment. But the real victory for us was watching some people run screaming from the house, unwilling to continue such a convincing experience.
